GED TESTING - Registration

How to Register for the GED Test
  • Candidates are now able to pre-register at www.GED123.org prior to registration
  • You must register in advance
  • You cannot register on the same day you take the test.
  • You may register for individual tests or for the entire battery
  • Each of the five tests (Writing, Mathematics, Reading, Social Studies, and Science) *costs $15.00
  • The entire battery costs $75.00

Make money orders only payable to the (District 1199C T&U Fund). Will not accept cash, personal checks, or credit cards.

Test fees WILL NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
Test CANNOT BE rescheduled WITHOUT ADDITIONAL PAYMENT

To register, you must be a resident of Pennsylvania and bring two (2) forms of ID.  One of these must be a photo ID indicating your date of birth.

Candidates who use a passport to register must provide proof of their current address.

Acceptable forms of ID include:

  • a current driver's license issued by the Commonwealth of PA only
  • a passport
  • military school ID
  • government ID cards
  • official non-driver's ID issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

The second form of ID is your Social Security Card.

Out of state driver’s license, check cashing photos, high schools photos, credit cards, Access cards CANNOT be accepted as ID.

You may register at the Training Fund's Breslin Learning Center
