LPN-RN Articulate Nursing Career Ladder Program with Community College of
Philadelphia
Qualified Practical Nursing graduates from the Fund’s program will move directly into
Community College of Philadelphia’s Registered Nursing Program, streamlining the
length of time it takes to become a Registered Nurse provided students meet the admission
requirements.
Behavioral Health Certificate & Associate’s Degree with
Philadelphia University
This is a three-step program offered in collaboration with partnering human services employers
to help behavioral health workers move up the career ladder through collegiate study.

Patient Service Representative/Medical Coding
with Community College of
Philadelphia
This is both a three-step tiered certificate and associate’s degree program that can lead
to an Associate’s degree at Community College of Philadelphia. College credit course
work provides the skills required for clerical, secretarial and administrative positions in
healthcare. Medical coding is part of the certificate program and the degree program. A
separate medical coding certificate can be offered.
National Labor College
This is a leadership development course where you develop skills that can be applied to
your workplace, your community and your personal life. Topics include strategic planning,
time and task management, communications skills, conflict management as well as an understanding of leadership styles, ethics and the impact of political action.
