Entrance Requirements:
- Must be an 1199C Union Member with the Training Fund Benefit
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to write and read and speak English; Bi-lingual a plus
- Complete a timed reading and math placement test assessment
- Able to participate in either online or face-to-face classes
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalency
- Must be able to commit to the program
- Willing to participate in entrance interviews
- Must be able to pass criminal background check, child abuse clearances and drug test
